¡By commissioning me you, you are accepting my terms of service and acknowledging that you are 18 years of age or older!Terms Of Service:
-You must be 18 years or older to request a commission.
-I reserve the right to refuse any commission if it is out of my realm of expertise, or if it is out of my comfort zone.
-My commissions are for personal use only. Please inform me if you would like to purchase commercial rights to my work.
-Sharing or reposting my artwork is fine by me! I just ask that you please credit me @Trainer_Doggo.
-Any rude or inappropriate behavior towards me will result in the commission being cancelled. Any payments made at that point will be partially refunded, however I will keep 25% of the total payment.
-Please be patient! Art takes time! I will offer progress updates as I go along so you can see how close your piece is to completion.
-Please provide references for your request. I am willing to work with limited references in some cases, but I cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Some requests if given too little information or reference may be declined.Payment Information
-The ONLY payment methods I accept are Venmo OR Cashapp.
-I do NOT offer any form of payment plans.
-Payments listed on my commission sheet are base prices. Any additions, revisions, or other fees may increase the cost of the commission.
-I charge an additional +4% fee due to Cashapp and Venmo's processing fees.
-Once I have recieved your request I will send you an estimate. BEFORE I start work on a commission you are required to put in a 50% deposit (NON-REFUNDABLE). Then once the sketch is complete I will send it to you for review. You are at that point allowed up to 5 free small revisions. Any further revisions will cost extra. Revisions cannot be made past this stage. Once the sketch is approved, the remaining balance must be paid IN FULL before I continue the commission and complete it.
-"Due dates" for commissions will be subject to additional fees, and may be declined if they aren't able to be completed within that time period.Legal Information
I own the rights to all my work. i am alowed to post works on social media and use them in my portfolio, unless requested otherwse. Use of my art in ANY AI engine is strictly PROHIBITED. You may not sell nor exchange my art in any form including physical, digital, or NFT UNLESS you have my written permission to do so.THANK YOU!
Your interest in my commissions means the world to me! I've worked very hard to perfect my style and still continue to work towards improving my work. Your commissions not only help me put food on the table for me and my cat Firefly, but also help me gain more experience in the world of art by encouraging me to step out of my comfort zone and learn new techniques!
